Audits have already been completed and recommended works confirmed.The working relationship with Severn Wye will represent a non-legal partnership. This involves working together as a team, affording two-way respect and assistance to ensure the success of the project. Accordingly, we are looking for a partner that shares our values, as this Client facing service will require representing Severn Wye and promoting Severn Wye's operating culture.The energy efficiency measures comprise the following:1. Fabric first approach to improve the energy efficiency of the building structure.2. Energy reduction measures such as energy efficient lighting, heating and cooling systems.3.
