The tarmacked area is not currently utilised; therefore, this project will allow the land to be incorporated into the current play area.DCC will be seeking to appoint a supplier that can provide a professional design along a train/rail theme, due to the site's proximity to Prestatyn station, whilst achieving a high quality environmental specification. The supplier will then be expected to remove and dispose of any waste necessitated by the development.
