As part of the services required the Council seeks to be able to process faster/next day or international payments, allow it to make BACS payments, collect Direct Debits, process payment files output from the Schools Information Management System (SIMS) (these are single files with multiple payee's. They are Text format), deposit monies and have the provision of cash available. There will be a need to administer many bank accounts with a variety of users and requirements.Prior to procuring, we are asking organisations for information and advice on the provisions the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) place on Banking institutions.One-to-one meetings will be held online via Microsoft Teams on 27th June 2024.
