The continued provision of a workforce and reporting software package is required to enable NHS Wales to electronically manage Primary Care workforce information for reporting, analysis and planning purposes.

### Procurement Information

Due to a delay in go-live of a new solution continuity of the existing service is required at short notice. It is critical that the service provided is maintained to provide uninterrupted ability to provide Primary Care workforce information for reporting, analysis and planning. A competitive tender exercise was concluded in August 2023 with the intention of being fully operational by the beginning of April 2024. There is a need to continue the use the current software package to allow for continuation of the service and enable migration of data to the new solution.
