The organisation will ensure the political neutrality of its proposed delivery.The successful organisation will need to evidence a strong track record of youth and community engagement, an understanding of the opportunities and challenges that exist within the county borough and of the local democracy landscape within Wales. We would welcome collaborative approaches to delivery.
