The proposed solution will need to give end users the ability to report suspicious e-mails and provide the security team with a native and efficient means of communicating with the affected users, regardless of the end users' platform/OS. The proposed platform will include phishing simulation and, linked to it, interactive training content, which will also allow tracking users' ability to spot potentially malicious messages.
