Phase 2 of the implementation plan will focus on the identifying and implementing of key actions for the North and Central areas of Monmouthshire, a full copy of the strategy is attached to this notice. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Monmouthshire County Council currently provides approximately 2100 weekly hours of domiciliary care (based on a point in time in March 24) in the South locality area. The intention will be to separate this into a series of geographical zones, with smaller lots with guaranteed hours for providers providing continuity and flexibility in care delivery and maximisation of capacity.
