## Notice

Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) Estates, Facilities and Capital Management Directorate seeks to establish a single contract for the provision of professional services to assist with the delivery of remodelling works to the existing Leri Ward at Bronglais General Hospital (BGH). The works will include thedemolition of existing walls and the formation of a new entrance and canopy to create a modern environment to allow the best patient care to be provided.The WPA Consultancy Services Framework (CS1) is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation. This framework includes several potential providers who have achieved inclusion on the framework following a qualification process, however the awarded supplier has worked with the Health Board recently and has an appreciation of the situation within HDUHB along with having resource to start work immediately.
