The proposed Development will consist of 45 units in a mix of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, together with suitable communal and service areas. The finished building will also include 28 residential care en-suite bedrooms as an independent unit within the building and a 'hub' for the Community Resource Team (CRT). The interior design of the new building is expected to reflect the history, heritage and natural beauty of Ynys Mon. The Isle of Anglesey County Council will form a Project Group to lead on the development which will include staff from both Housing and Social Services.
