The proposal is to form a new North Wales Medical School to support unpredicted growth in medical education. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The NWMS will provide an estimated approx. 1932m2 of renovated medical teaching accommodation. The proposed (fabric) works will include new windows and main entrance door, localised slate repairs, curtain walling and external signage. Also, proposed (fit-out) works will include the renovation of toilets, teaching, lecture, tutorial and supporting accommodation to the ground and first floor.
