TUPE does not apply as this is a new service. ### Lot Information Lot 1 NCC Adult Social Services has entered into a collaboration with First Choice Housing Association (FCHA) to develop supported living accommodation at 5 Stow Park Circle for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in Newport through funding from Housing Capital Fund (HCF). FCHA is currently undertaking a program of work to prepare the property for occupation by the residents in November 2024. This tender is for the provision of a supported living service to enable tenants become independent and engage in the local community.
