Following this successful initial phase of raising awareness and capacity building, Q Lab Cymru is now seeking to collaborate with a provider with the right values, experience, leadership and understanding of a learning approach to co-design and facilitate the model of delivery with Q Lab Cymru.Q Lab Cymru requires additional capacity to work with two placed based sites who are interested in using a broadly defined Human Learning Systems approach.The objectives will be as follows;a) Q Lab Cymru is seeking a short-term learning and development partner to work alongside Q Lab Cymru and two place based partnership organisations within the footprints of NHS Wales health boards and trusts.b)The awarded organisation will provide additional capacity that will accelerate the pace of implementing a broadly defined Human Learning Systems approach with community, third sector and public sector partners to maximise likelihood of gathering best evidence of impact of using this approach in Wales.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
