The Supplier will need to engage with representatives from all further education colleges (12) and a sample of maintained sixth form secondary schools (to include English-medium and Welsh-medium sixth-form secondary schools from across Wales).The Supplier will also need to gather the views of learners from a sample of further education colleges and maintained sixth form secondary schools (to include learners studying a range of post-16 learning programmes and to include English-medium and Welsh-medium sixth-form secondary schools from across Wales).To avoid perceptions of a conflict of interest, we are unable to accept bids from suppliers directly involved in the assessment and awarding of Approved qualifications in Wales.Where suppliers perceive any potential conflict of interest with the work outlined in this specification, this should be declared in the Form of Tender.
