Companies equipped with strong research capabilities and those that offer social and community-based consultancy services would be well-suited to compete and potentially secure this contract, thereby contributing to the well-being of the local community through improved play opportunities for children. ## Notice In line with the requirements of the Children & Families (Wales) Measure 2010 Neath Port Talbot Council ("NPTC"), along with all other local authorities in Wales, is required to produce an assessment of the sufficiency of play opportunities in its area every three years.In doing this we must:(1) Assess the sufficiency of Play opportunities for children in accordance with regulations.(2) Secure sufficient play opportunities, so far as reasonably practicable(3) publish a summary of the assessment on the Neath Port Talbot Council website.The next Play Sufficiency Assessment ("PSA") is due in June 2025.
