The home will be staffed by a minimum of two staff at all times, 24 hours a day (this will be subject to review by clinical MDT and based on need) ### Lot Information Lot 1 ABUHB, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities (MH/LD) division commissioned Campbell Tickell to carry out a needs analysis in 2021 which recommended that supported living options were increased across the region for individuals with ASD/LD. As a result, ABUHB has worked alongside First Choice Housing Association to develop this bespoke accommodation. The development will allow individuals to have their own tenancy, where their care and support needs are personalised and can increase or decrease depending on the needs and outcomes of those that live there. The Health Board is seeking a care provider who can support the health and social care needs of the individuals who will reside within the service.
