NHCC is seeking a suitably experienced provider to tender for the installation and operation of this lighting / decoration.Any agreement will be in the form of a contract and will operate for a period of two (2) years.You are invited to tender for provision of these services.NHCC is a community council operating at a grass roots governance level of local government and is one of the community councils in Bridgend / Penybont-ar-Ogwr.NHCC's festive light display is operational from the beginning of December to early January on an annual basis.
