This will include creating an interactive family discovery centre showcasing Pembrokeshire's past, present, and future through state-of-the-art STEM-based exhibits, together with a redisplay of the Haverfordwest Museum (within the curtilage of the castle in the Governor's House), external interpretation within the grounds of the castle and a wide-ranging activity plan supporting the capital investment.As part of the development phase, which will run from summer 2024 to autumn 2025, PCC is seeking to appoint a consultancy to prepare a detailed and fully costed marketing and branding plan in advance of the second-round (delivery phase) funding application, which is scheduled for submission in August 2025.This contract is structured as a two stage contract, contingent upon the success of the Delivery Stage application to NLHF.
