Delivery of the Carbon Reporting Service for Year 2:- Manage and develop the process ensuring the results are collated and presented in a standardised format for the whole public sector and present results to Welsh Government in a bilingual annual report for publication on Welsh Government website- Provide interactive stakeholder workshops to report results and gather feedback on the reporting process in order to update the guidance and template.- Manage an iterative process of stakeholder feedback which can be used to refine and modify the reporting process, including annual revision of calculations/emissions factors for the next reporting cycle, and updating of spreadsheets and templates.- Working with the sector, consider the development of the reporting template to evolve from single annual reports to become a live online document or dashboard accessible to stakeholders and interactive to support decarb action plans.- Provide effective ongoing support to organisations to assist in the reporting process and provide learning on specific topic areas.
