This will include creating an interactive family discovery centre showcasing Pembrokeshire's past, present, and future through state-of-the-art STEM-based exhibits, together with a redisplay of the Haverfordwest Museum (within the curtilage of the castle in the Governor's House), external interpretation within the grounds of the castle and a wide-ranging activity plan supporting the capital investment.As part of the development phase, which will run from summer 2024 to autumn 2025, PCC is seeking to appoint an experienced fundraising consultancy with demonstrable previous experience of successful grant applications and other forms of fundraising (e.g. business sponsorship, crowdfunding and individual giving), to continue the NLHF process, applying for the delivery stage and to seek additional funding from other sources to deliver a high quality fit-out scheme for Haverfordwest Castle.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
