The courses that shall be delivered to Police Officers shall be accredited courses as directed by the College of Policing.Historically Gwent Police have used a hybrid approach of utilising Detectives posted in Crime Training alongside external Providers who have expertise in a particular element of crime training to deliver courses to officers in Gwent Police.The objective of Learning and Development (Crime Training) is to provide a variety of courses to officers to ensure they are equipped to perform their role. The venues where the training shall be delivered are at sites located within Gwent Police
