This PIN is a Pre-Market Engagement issued by Tai Tarian to encourage contractors to register and bid for an anticipated Contract for a New Development & Associated Drainage, Infrastructure & Highways Works at Tudor Inn, Cimla, Neath. ### Lot Information Lot 1 It is anticipated that the Contract will consist of the proposed demolition of 2 no. semi-detached dwellings to facilitate the creation of vehicular access to service a new development of 22 no. dwellings and all associated infrastructure and highways works at the former Tudor Inn public house, Cae Rhys Ddu Road, Cimla, Neath, Neath Port Talbot. Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to carry out the works. It is anticipated that that estimated contract value will be in the region of circa 5M GBP. Interested suppliers are invited to attend a 'Meet the Buyer' session, held on Tuesday 15th October 2024 at Tai Tarian's head office, Ty Gwyn. The session will allow interested suppliers the opportunity to meet with Tai Tarian's representatives to gain an understanding of our requirements.
