In addition, the requirements will be to provide a full design, project and cost management; take part in the procurement of contractors along with supervision of works and principal designer role in respect of CDM Regulations 2015 in relation to the refurbishment and repair of an existing Grade II Listed building on Bronllys Hospital site. The aim of the project will be to bring the building to a useable standard.Powys Teaching Local Health Board recognises the importance of the Welsh language to the communities it serves. Consequently, responses to an invitation to quote or tender will be accepted in Welsh as well as English. However, please note that tender responses submitted only in Welsh will be translated by the Health Board into English before consideration.
