THIS TENDER HAS NOW BEEN AWARDED AND THIS IS THE CONTRACT AWARD NOTICEThe Department of Civil Engineering, based at Swansea University's Bay Campus (SA1 8EN) has now purchased an encapsulator system and autonomous rotavapor drier as a bundled package consisting of i) a Laboratory Encapsulator Device equipped with a nozzle set to produce functionalized beads/core-shell capsules by jet-vibration technique in open conditions and ii) an Advanced Rotary Evaporator System with automation capabilities equipped with a receiving flask, evaporating flask and vacuum pump that enables automated drying of the wet capsules produced by the encapsulator.
