## Notice

This prior information notice is to inform the market that the Welsh Government Commercial Delivery Division (WGCD) is developing a contract opportunity for the third iteration of the All-Wales IT Products and Services Framework Agreement. The Agreement will include various lots for; IT Hardware, Software, ICT Services, Audio Visual Products and Multi-functional devices.

### Lot Information

Hardware

It is anticipated that this lot will include, but not be limited to, the full range of end user and infrastructure hardware including peripherals and ancillary products.

Licensing and Subscriptions

It is anticipated that this lot will include, but not be limited to, shelf software licensing and cloud based service subscriptions.

Solutions

It is anticipated that this lot will cover integrated IT Hardware and Software Solutions service, which will include but will not be limited to the scope of Lots 1-3. Successful bidders on Lot 1 (Hardware), Lot 2 (Licensing and Subscriptions) and Lot 3 (Audio Visual) shall automatically be given the option to be appointed to Lot 4 (Solutions). For avoidance of doubt, there will be no separate tender exercise to appoint bidders to Lot 4 (Solutions).

Audio Visual Products and Services

It is anticipated that this lot will include, but not be limited to, the supply, installation and on-going management and support of Audio Visual equipment and solutions.

Multi-Functional Devices and Document Solutions

It is anticipated that this lot will include, but not be limited to, the supply of a range of multi-functional Devices; support and maintenance including a range of enhanced warranty packages; pre-Sales services, including site surveys and print audits and a range of associated software products, associated services and finance options and pricing plans. It is also anticipated that this lot will cover a range of print and document solutions including, but not limited to, cloud hosted print solutions; hybrid managed print estates, comprising of single function and multi-function machines; document workflow & automation; managed document solutions; and hybrid mail solutions.
