Our Leadership Talent Management and Succession Planning (TM&SP) Strategy outlines our intent to identify and grow talent to fill future leadership positions across the Health Board. Developing our leaders to emulate qualities synonymous with compassionate leadership and in ways that enable them to navigate greater ambiguity and rapid change to effectively deliver on our organisational intent will be crucial to our success. This contract will be split into two lots.
