However, the current LMS is outdated, inflexible, and not integrated with other systems and platforms used by Careers Wales, such as Office 365, Dynamics, and Azure Active Directory. Therefore, Careers Wales is seeking to procure and implement a new LMS that is more modern, user-friendly, and integrated, and that meets the organisation's learning and development needs.
