The project will involve partial demolition of later extensions, new extensions and complete refurbishment of the retained existing buildings.The works will include ground works and retaining walls, renewal of roof coverings, lime rendering, replacement floor slabs, new carpentry, insulating the existing envelope, new timber sash windows, conservation of existing windows, lime & gypsum plastering, replacement kitchens & bathrooms and full replacement of mechanical and electrical systems.
