I.E no roof covering renewal.Surveying for the replacement of flat roofs and any adjacent repairs/works i.e. roofline and rainwater goods as instructed.Organising and communicating with a variety of Contract Holders, to undertake surveys and installs.Installation of roofing products for both pitched and flat roofs.Liasing with Hafod asbestos removal and sampler contractors where required.Asbestos removal and or sample tests, will be completed in conjunction with the roofing works via Hafod asbestos contractors as required,.Managing CDM whilst on site.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
