This will be carried out on completion of our in house AOV installation across the 3 blocks.The third party accredited contractor will be required to fire seal/stop all holes made when removing the existing system and also the holes made when installing the new AOV system at Clyne court Blocks 1-3. ( new installation of AOV system to be carried out by Swansea council, removal of existing system is to be carried out by Swansea council after a small soak test ). Quantities/sizes of holes will be stated in Section 2 of the price list.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
