The following is the summary of the scope but a full description was provided in the invitation to tender document:* Complete renewal of pitched roof covering, in conjunction with Redland Specification included in this tender pack. Including renewal of all necessary leadwork to stacks and stepped flashings.* Replace all fascia's, soffits, guttering and downpipes* Hack off and re-render with Polymer render System front Elevation including window and door bands.* Provide first time render to rear elevation and single storey addition using Polymer render System* Renew all windows with uPVC sliding Sash windows to match existing styles. Renew all external doors with composite doors and frames* Hack off all defective plasterwork internally, re-render and replace.( isolated areas )* Provide fixed scaffolding to face of building to both front and rear elevations. No Doorways or openable windows are to be blocked during the execution of these works; access must be maintained at all times.
