Lot 1

This event will be to engage with potential service providers able to deliver Supported Living Services that enable individuals with assessed needs to live their lives to their full potential. PCC's aim is to more effectively support this group of individuals to access opportunities within their community and engage with Education, Training and Employment where possible. This service will also require Service Providers to have knowledge and skills in supporting individuals to maintain their Housing Contracts. These obligations will vary dependent on individual factors including the landlord and/ or managing agent of the property. Support tasks could include, but are not exclusive to, undertaking regular fire alarm testing, Legionella testing, Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPS) so that health and safety risks are reduced. The service provider will be knowledgeable and skilled regarding practical support assisting and enabling individuals to be an active contributor within their community and not a passive consumer, supporting the individual to develop and/or maintain skills and strategies to live as independently as possible.
