The password Must be between 6 and 50 characters in length. It must contain at least 2 number(s). Once completed select 'Complete Registration' and you will enter the Supplier Home page;11. From the Home Page, go to the 'Opportunities' icon, all current opportunities will be listed.Click on the blue arrow under the field 'Show Me' of the relevant opportunity then click to register your interest on the applicable button;12. Refresh your screen by clicking on the opportunities icon located on the left hand side, to view the opportunity click the blue arrow;13. Note the closing date for completion of the relevant project. We will not accept any questions/queries via telephone/email.(WA Ref:146510)Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority's economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:Caerphilly CBC has committed to including Social Value in its procurements in excess of PS75,000. Bidders will be required to complete the Councils bespoke Set of TOMs (Themes, Outcomes and Measures) created for the Council, predicated on the National TOMs for Wales, which have been devised for procurement and contract management. A key success factor for bidders will be the ability to deliver against the commitments made. It is important that bidders should be confident of their ability to deliver Social Value proposals made, as we will contractualise these commitments with the winning bidder which will then be monitored and reported on periodically.The Council is committed to a performance and evidence-based approach to Social Value. Based on the National TOMs (Themes, Outcomes and Measures), bidders are required to propose credible targets against which performance (for the successful bidder) will be monitored.Please note that the Council is not being prescriptive as to which TOMs measures bidders can select to set targets against as part of their Social Value proposals. Bidders are free to choose those measures that they consider appropriate. However, a key success factor for bidders will be to demonstrate their ability to deliver against the targets selected, which should be proportional and relevant to their business and this specific contract. Bidders should note that targets will be treated as contractual commitments if the bidder is successful.
