You are invited to submit a tender for the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical services at the 5 office buildings located within Tredomen Park. The five buildings are:Penallta HouseTredomen HouseTredomen Business & Technology CentreTredomen Innovation & Technology CentreTredomen GatewayThe scope of the project is fully described in the ITT but in summary thescope is:- Planned maintenance of mechanical and electrical services of the plant items listed in Appendix 2 of this ITT- To carry out any remedial works arising from the planned maintenance- Reactive repairs emergency call out service including out of hours and weekends.- The contract will commence from January 2025.- Uploading of service reports to the electronic database (RAMIS) and maintain an accurate asset register.- Report the necessary remedial actions on RAMIS, provide quotations and- update the actions when completed.- 24/7 call out service for reactive and emergency maintenance.- The contract will be for a 4 - year period with an option to extend for a further 12 months by mutual agreement.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146605. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:Caerphilly CBC has committed to including Social Value in its procurements in excess of PS75,000. Bidders will be required to complete the Councils bespoke Set of TOMs (Themes, Outcomes and Measures) created for the Council, predicated on the National TOMs for Wales, which have been devised for procurement and contract management. A key success factor for bidders will be the ability to deliver against the commitments made. It is important that bidders should be confident of their ability to deliver Social Value proposals made, as we will contractualise these commitments with the winning bidder which will then be monitored and reported on periodically.The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
