## Summary

Wrexham County Borough Council is planning a procurement process for the "Provision of Telecare and Out of Hours Monitoring" services. This tender, categorized under "Health and social work services," aims to procure Telecare Monitoring Services and an Out of Hours call monitoring service available 24/7, throughout the year, starting in December 2025. Expressions of interest should be submitted via email to the contact person, Sian Milwicz, by 12 noon on the 25th January 2025. This procurement is in the planning stage and seeks providers capable of servicing approximately 3000 users across various locations within the county, including remote areas.

This tender offers significant business growth opportunities for providers experienced in Telecare and Assistive Technology service provision. Businesses that can demonstrate capability in receiving and managing emergency calls, installing telecare devices, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards will be well-suited to compete. Small to medium enterprises specialising in health and social services, particularly those with capabilities to provide services in Welsh, will find this an attractive opportunity. The dual lots for monitoring and installation services allow for participation by firms with either or both capabilities, thus broadening the scope for potential growth and partnership.
