Examples include: Cognitive and behavioural therapy (CBT) Specialisms Low Intensity CBT Family & Systemic Interventions Psychotherapy modalities Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Counselling Parenting and Behavioural Interventions for Infants, Children and Young People Solution Focused Therapy (SFT).
