The Health Board require a fully comprehensive package to be provided by the successful supplier- a detailed breakdown of the requirement is included within the Specification document that accompanies this Invitation to Tender. The requirement is split into two (2) specified lots: Lot 1- Service and Maintenance of Wheelchairs and Associated Equipment Lot 2- Reconditioning of Wheelchairs and Associated Equipment The term of the contract will be 3 years with an option to extend, at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority, for two additional 12 month periods. Betsi Cadwaladr Health Board recognises the importance of the Welsh language to the communities it serves. Consequently, responses to an invitation to quote or tender will be accepted in Welsh as well as English. However, please note that tender responses submitted only in Welsh will be translated by the Health Board into English before consideration. Those involved in translating the document will be barred from taking decisions on awarding tenders.
