This would have a significant impact on time and cost.The cost of the migrating to a new software in terms of reworking resources, training, support and internal technical skill to assist with this migration would far outweigh any savings that may be achieved.As the use of eLearning has increased and is being adopted by more HEIW sections, this software will allow for a broader range of learning delivery and resources that will lead to better online delivery of learning to ensure that the NHS and HEIW are receiving value for money.
