Interested parties are encouraged to register their interest promptly to engage with the procurement process effectively. ## Notice Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) has UK Shared Prosperity Funds (SPF) to purchase and install a new camping accommodation unit for its existing campsite portfolio located at Cwmcarn Forest, Newport, NP11 7FA.The Council are looking for a suitable camping unit that can be raised off the ground and can be dismantled and easily moved around. In essence a moveable glamping style pod.There are a number of requirements that will apply to the supply and installation of the new camping unit as follows:- The unit has to be delivered and installed on site by the end of March 2025 due to funding requirements. This is a non-negotiable requirement.-The unit has to fit in an area of existing woodland and cannot be more that 3m x 3m in diameter. There is no direct vehicle access and due to the trees, no crane or lifting equipment can be used.
