This includes for hotels, train, air and Eurotunnel requirements. The successful Bidder will provide all the services described in the specification, including complimentary user training, online user guides/ guidance and management information as described in this specification. The contract term will be for 2 years, plus a two year and an additional one year optional extension periods available to the Client..
