The Fibrespeed network, is a fibre network owned by the Welsh Government and operated by Fibrespeed Ltd on its behalf. Market engagement has now been completed, and the formal sales process will shortly commence.The purpose of this Speculative Notice (SN) is to provide any interested parties with a final opportunity to express an interest in participating in a sales process for the purchase of the network.The original background and Memorandum of Information relating the network can be found in an earlier SN located here: https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/authority/authority_noticestatus.aspx?ID=132892 .Please confirm your interest by way of a brief summary, setting out the reasons for your interest to alawat.khan@gov.wales by 14:00 on Monday 07th April 2025. This will be the closing date for all expressions of interest prior to the formal commencement of the sales process.
