This includes an extension to include a new cafe, refurbishment of the upstairs community hall including new windows and doors, toilets, backstage refurbishment, and the creation of new training rooms on the ground floor.While the project is a standalone piece of work, it is also a continuation from the first 2 phases of work, and as such, the successful contractor needs to be able to start work immediately (in April/May 2025),, and complete the work to the standard and ascetic of the already completed works and be able to complete within 12 months.This contract is subject to grant funding, while a positive expression of interest has been received, this does not guarantee a final funding award. A final grant award requires a competitive tender, and contractor to be identified who will undertake the works, should funding be achieved.The grant application for capital works totals a maximum of PS275000 including VAT, preliminaries and management and contingency. it is estimated the works will cost in the region of PS250,000 based on our QS report.
