The 'route-map' is required by 31st March 2025. Fee quotations are also needed for RIBA Stage 2 and, subsequently, through to RIBA Stage 4 and administration of the works on site through to handover, to help Cadw to budget for the background technical work, design work, consenting and delivery of the preferred option(s) over future financial years.
