## Summary

Pam (Previously Made in Roath), in partnership with Arts Council Wales, has recently concluded the award stage for a feasibility study tender titled "Pam Feasibility Study - Arts Business Consultant". The procurement involved the commissioning of an arts business consultant to assess the viability of a community asset transfer at Braeval Street in Cardiff. The procurement process focused on services within the categories of research and development, recreational and cultural, and other community services, with an open procurement method. This contract, valued at £10,000, was awarded to Team Sequoia Limited on 12th June 2025, following a tender process that closed on 2nd June 2025.

This tender presents lucrative opportunities for businesses involved in providing consultancy services to the arts and cultural sector, particularly those experienced in community projects. Firms with expertise in feasibility studies and the ability to support community-led initiatives would be well-positioned to compete for similar opportunities. To participate, businesses were required to demonstrate adequate insurance coverage, adherence to health and safety practices, and financial stability, indicating that well-established companies with a robust track record in the sector would have a competitive edge. As Pam is committed to fostering arts and community development, collaborating with them could pave the way for further projects and partnerships.
