The works will consist of a range of external works and estate upgrade works for the supply, renewal, repair and removal of hard standings, dropped kerbs, garden and drive gates, all fencing types, boundary walls, ramps, steps, paths, tarmac areas, roads, car parking areas, kerbs and other works as described in the schedule of rates.
