Subject to confirmation of Delivery Phase funding and satisfactory performance this appointment may be extended to lead and manage the Delivery Phase of the project.The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for leading, overseeing and project managing the Development Phase of the Sarah Briscoe House Transformation in accordance with all NLHF requirements.
