In addition, current Framework providers will have the opportunity to update their existing Lot service provisions, either by adding new services or amending existing ones, and to revise pricing (downwards only) where applicable. The primary objectives of this refresh process are: - Developing and establishing a framework consisting of suitably qualified, financially robust Service Providers to meet quality, service, and cost criteria. - Ensuring consistent, high-quality Service provision and improved patient outcomes are achieved and maintained. - Establishing key performance indicators, performance monitoring/outcome measures, access to management information, and provision of clear and consistent patient-level data. -
