This unified, bilingual platform will replace multiple existing directories (e.g., Infoengine, Dewis Cymru, NHS 111 Wales) and provide a single source of accessible, trustworthy information on services available across Wales.The programme is endorsed by the All Wales Six Goals for Urgent and Emergency Care, and this initial commission will inform the business case for longer-term investment, development, and sustainability.This work is governed by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by key national stakeholders including:* Welsh Government* Public Health Wales* NHS Wales* Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) and Local Authorities* Data Cymru* Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA), County Voluntary Councils (CVCs) as part of Third Sector Support Wales (TSSW)1.3 Purpose of the CommissionWe are seeking a partner to work with these organisations to develop the core strategic foundation for the future DoS.
