The project will include residential accommodation as well as office and ancillary areas for support staff as well as communal outdoor areas.The building faces North Penrallt to the South and Ffordd Pafiliwn to the East and is a former government office building. We believe the building is a load-bearing masonry, concrete and steel construction. Date of construction is not known; however, we believe it to be around 50 years old.
