It included the four elements of the current programme - enhanced health visiting, support for speech, language and communication, parenting support as well as high quality childcare.This is Round/Phase 3 of the expansion of the Flying Start provision within the non maintained sector. and established providers and new entrants in the market are encouraged to apply.
