This project not only fosters business growth but also contributes to social good by promoting workplace diversity and inclusivity. ## Notice Cyngor Gwynedd is keen to commission a provider to provide equality training, specifically on disability issues, to enable our staff to develop their understanding of the broad field, in a safe and supportive environment.The organisation recognises the importance of giving our staff the knowledge, skills and confidence to engage respectfully and effectively with disabled people.Note - This training will be part of a wider programme, which looks to ensure staff receive specific training on different areas of equality. The intention is to offer further titles in the field that discuss specific protected characteristics, highlighting different barriers that diverse communities face.Cyngor Gwynedd has a bilingual policy (Welsh and English). As a result the Council wishes to appoint a provider who can deliver the training in Welsh and English.
